Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email, and messages via our contact form) and limited device data (basic logs, pages visited, and approximate geolocation derived from IP for fraud prevention). We do not collect sensitive health data.

When you save courses to Fallows or add them to your cart, that information is stored in your browser’s localStorage and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
  • To deliver and improve course content and site functionality.
  • To protect our services from abuse and ensure reliability.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain session preferences (such as theme choice) and to remember that you accepted the cookie banner. We do not employ invasive tracking or cross-site advertising cookies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, secure hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk and promptly address issues.

6. Your choices

  • Access and update: You may request access to, or correction of, your information.
  • Local data: You can clear your browser’s localStorage to remove Fallows and cart data.
  • Cookies: You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. We will revise the “Effective date” and, when appropriate, provide a prominent notice.

9. Contact

For privacy inquiries, email [email protected] or call +1 (415) 915-2048.
